Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Oxygens – Part of Applied Technology Ltd By booking a hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) session with Oxygens, part of Applied Technology Ltd ("we", "us", or "the Company"), the customer ("you", "the client") acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: 1. Medical Acknowledgement and Responsibility By making a booking, you confirm that: You do not have any of the following known contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen therapy: Untreated pneumothorax (collapsed lung) Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with CO₂ retention Severe congestive heart failure Uncontrolled hypertension Diabetes with blood glucose levels outside the safe range (typically <100 mg/dL or >300 mg/dL) Current or recent upper respiratory infection Fever Recent ear, sinus, or eye surgery Optic neuritis Claustrophobia (severe) Seizure disorders (unless well controlled) Spherocytosis Presence of untreated cancer History of thoracic surgery without physician clearance Presence of implantable electronic devices (e.g. pacemaker) not cleared for use in a hyperbaric environment You understand and agree that you must consult with a registered medical professional prior to undergoing HBOT with Oxygens, and that Oxygens does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment services. Participation in HBOT is at your own discretion and risk, and should only proceed with appropriate medical clearance. 2. Medical Disclaimer You acknowledge and accept that Oxygens is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical evaluations, treatment recommendations, or emergency medical care. All services are offered for general wellness purposes, and any medical decisions must be made in consultation with your healthcare provider. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of session credit, at the Company's discretion. 4. Agreement to Terms By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms. Failure to comply with any part of this policy may result in the cancellation or suspension of services.
